As part of its growth, S’TOURS is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to structure and lead its HR function. This strategic and hands-on role will cover the full HR scope, including the development and implementation of HR policies, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and skills development, compensation and payroll management, and compliance with Moroccan labor law.
You will also be responsible for managing HR administration, supporting internal communication, fostering a positive work culture, and driving change management initiatives aligned with the company’s values.
Profile
✔️ Master’s degree in Human Resources or Labor Law
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multinational or large organization
✔️ Solid knowledge of Moroccan labor law
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
✔️ Fluent in French, with a good command of English
